This Excel spreadsheet (VELS_Visual_Audit_Tool.xls) will not work unless you allow the use of “macros”, which are mini programs added into the spreadsheet.
To turn macros on you need to set Excels macro security to medium.
(You should Enable Macros on files only if you trust the source.)
Before you download it, open Excel, and choose Macro Security from the Tools menu.
ie, will look like this :
In the dialog, choose Medium.
Then, once you download and open the VELS_Visual_Audit_Tool.xls, you will see a prompt.
Choose Enable Macros.
