Many staff teaching maths feel they don't have enough formal training, and are not comfortable with content

Other staff feel confident with content but ackowledge that they need assistance broadening their pedagogy to include open ended tasks

the local education plan (open plan classrooms, team teaching etc) is likely to increase these issues
